Introducing our new Membership levels
Big news – Star Social just got even better! We’ve refreshed our Membership Levels, with bigger perks and more rewards - starting from October 1st
These updates make perks easier to use, more rewarding, and better suited to how our customers enjoy our bars, pubs and restaurants – with bonuses they can choose to spend in the way that best suits them.
What are Star Social Membership levels?
Star Social Membership Levels are another way to enjoy discounts and savings over and above earning 10% back. To access Star Social Membership levels, simply earn the required amount of Star Points within 12 months of your first transaction date (Date of Assessment).
Once the required level of Star Points is reached, Star Social Membership Level Benefits will automatically unlock. Star Social Membership Level Benefits rollover at the end of the 12-month period following the Date of Assessment.
If I spend Star Points does this impact my Membership Level total?
The rolling tally of Star Points is captured separately. This means you can still redeem Star Points without this affecting your Membership Level.
What's changing?
We’re retiring some of our older perks including the 5–10% discounts on limited products & the free fries. To make room for a new generation of rewards.
From October 1st you’ll see gift-based rewards, anniversary bonuses, upgraded birthday vouchers, and an exciting range of limited member offers tied into our monthly promotions and campaigns. These changes mean more variety, more flexibility, and rewards that feel special and timely throughout the year.
